Art Director Brad Eastburn and I attended preview night on Thursday. The dealer room at the convention center was large and spacious. It was busy with lots of foot traffic! We met many dealers and small press publisher. We were able to move though the hall with ease, much different than San Diego Comic Con 2009. Here's a few pics from Preview Night! Publisher John Michael Helmer with "The General": Art Director Brad Eastburn shoots "The Dealers' Hall" More of Brad's photos of the hall:

Day One-Friday! There were many costumes in play. Mainly cos-play from anime characters, but we found Princess Leia in the hall... The PCC is located downtown JUST off a light rail station. Its a 1 minute walk to the convention hall from the station. Anybody who complained about the 12 dollar parking per day did not take advantage to the cheap, $1.75 per day rides, light rail system. Lots of stars this year. Attendance went from 7500 in 2009 to 13988 in 2010! She was in Buffy and stars on a web series... We bought stacks of .33 cent comics from Atomic Comics. Searching the dealers, I did not find any PreUnity Valiants or the C2E2 FCBD Mag/Sol issue. None to be had.

Day 2: Saturday! One of the highlights of the day was spending an hour in the front row of the Todd McFarlane panel "How to draw comics" He even taught the audience how to win at pictionary! More cos-play in the hall! Man, I love StarWars!!! Brad tried to take his picture and he turned green and smashed half the hall!!
